Solutions FAQ

Usually not. Most companies get more from connecting the tools their teams already rely on than from starting over. We map what you use today, connect it so data moves on its own instead of being retyped, and only replace what is actually holding you back. At Sierra Textiles, SIERRA Nexus connects with Monday.com and Aetnis, and we retired two legacy systems only where it paid off.

Yes. Mills, spinners, garment makers and cotton programs each hold part of a garment's story, in spreadsheets, bale files, certificates and platforms like TextileGenesis. We built Aetnis to bring those pieces into one chain from the finished garment back to the gin and growers, without asking anyone to change their tools. Every step shows where its data came from and whether it is declared, backed by evidence or verified. Brands can publish a product passport shoppers open from a QR code, and partners can take the data back out as Excel, standard traceability files, an API or an AI-agent connection. And because we run Sierra Textiles from fiber to fabric on SIERRA Nexus, we know how that data is produced on the plant floor.

Yes. AI tools make it easy to build something that works on day one. The hard part comes after: security, backups, hosting, updates, and knowing what to do when it breaks. We review what you have, fix what is fragile, and take over running it, or work alongside whoever built it. You keep the app. We take the worry.

We do. Support is part of how we work, not an add-on. We set up monitoring so problems reach us, not just you, and the people who built your system are the ones who fix it and add what comes next. If something goes down while you are on vacation, it is already on our plate.

When your team spends hours working around a tool, retyping data between systems, or running key processes from spreadsheets. Off-the-shelf software is great for standard work. Custom pays off where the way you work is your advantage. If an existing tool fits, we will tell you.

Getting the numbers you already produce in front of the people who need them, without anyone building a spreadsheet. At Sierra Textiles, production data from the plant floor, including weights read straight from scales, feeds the dashboards leaders use. For the University of Louisville volleyball team, it meant access to performance analytics from practice and game day.

With a conversation about where things break down today. Before proposing anything, we map your processes and the systems behind them, so the plan fits how you actually work. You get a phased roadmap that starts with the piece that pays off first.
