FlightPath is our new way of delivering work to clients. Every project now follows a clear path from delivery to hand-off to sign-off.

Software projects rarely stall on the code. They stall in the gaps: a feature is finished but nobody knows it shipped, a hand-off happens over email, an approval gets lost. FlightPath closes those gaps, so clients know what has been delivered, who received it, and what has been signed off.

It's part of how we stay accountable after launch: every delivery has an owner and a record.
